Our dance studio is a space in which dancers can learn or rehearse either set or unset routines. Its a place that has been built and equipped for the purpose of practice.
The construction of the floor provides a degree of flexibility to absorb the impact of intensive dance exercise, such as jumping. This is considered vital to promote good health.
We have Irish Dancing and Hip Hop classes.
Students build muscle strength while increasing flexibility. Young dancers develop a sense of balance and improve agility and coordination. Importantly, children also develop body awareness and learn correct posture.
These physical benefits extend far beyond a student’s involvement with dancing, helping youth involved in other disciplines, such as sports and martial arts. Studies have shown that physical activity helps children helps with stress and feel relaxed.
